Silver View RV Resort, Bullhead City, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

We made the mistake of paying for 3 months in advance and couldn't leave because there are no refunds. "Cleaning" occurs every day but the bathrooms are rarely actually clean. Washing machines are also not clean. The water looks dirty and does not fill the washing machines like it should. residents warned us not to drink the water or use it for cooking. There were intermittent sewer odours throughout the park which at times were overwhelming. There were many abandoned vehicles on the property and we heard that homeless people would sleep in some of them. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, but with all of the poor maintenance elsewhere in the park, we were concerned regarding maintenance of the pool. We were put in a space next to a permanent resident who has a pit bull and we were not advised prior to our payment/commitment. We asked to be moved and were willing to pay more, but were told there would be no available spaces even though the park always had empty spaces throughout our stay. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Silver Creek RV Park, Bullhead City, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

This park looked nice at first on the surface, but after committing to a three month stay we were disappointed by ugly bathrooms that were usually not clean even though a young woman "cleaned" every day. There were intermittent sewer odors throughout the park. Our next door neighbor had a pit bull and we were not advised of this in advance. That person was a permanent resident who had a fence but garbage such as paper towels and plastic bags seeped through the holes of the fence into our lot. Abandoned vehicles are stored on the premises and homeless people reportedly break in and sleep in the vehicles. We asked to be upgraded to another site and we were willing to pay more, but we were told nothing was available; yet the park was never filled to capacity while we were there. We learned to use the public laundromat in Bullhead City because the laundromat by the clubhouse in the park had washers that only partially filled with dirty looking water. We camped at Silver Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.
