Sparks Marina RV Park, Sparks, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed in this campground several times over the past eight years. Each time the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The campground is always very clean, and landscape, RV sites just like brand new. During normal business hours, a staff member leads you to your site and assists getting you parked correctly. The Wi-Fi works great and is free. Cable TV is also included and works very well. We camped at Sparks Marina RV Park in a Motorhome.

Treetops RV Resort, Arlington, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

This was our third stay at this campground. The first two stays were flawless. Passport America was only good for 3 nights of our 5 night stay. Excellent, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, 30 & 50 Amp power, which worked good, and are conveniently placed, as is the sewer and fresh water hook-ups. They provide an escort to your site, which is nice. The roads to the sites are paved, wide and easy to navigate. The sites are gravel and generally level, with cement pads to step onto from your RV. Most seemed adequate in size. We checked in and were assigned to site #106, which was terrible! Our steps unfolded into tree and extremely uneven. We requested a different site and were reassigned to site #119, which was excellent. The next day, I received a phone call from the campground and was told that site #119 was a premium site, and because we had not paid the full price (Passport America discount), we had to move! I secured our reservation for this campground on November 24, 2014. I was then told that if we didn't wish to change sites, we could receive a refund, we could go somewhere else! The last full day of our stay, I was approached by campground staff who told me that someone else was scheduled to come into your site that day! After he contacted the office, we were "allowed" to stay in our site. Training for the office staff is definitely needed. Overall, this is a nice RV park and we would stay here again. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.
