Marble Quarry RV Park, Columbia, California

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

The park was fairly quiet, but the gravel sites were anything but level. The road to the park was very rough but short. The wi-fi worked well but the camp has the security set very high so that many sites were unusable, but that isn't always a bad thing. The staff was friendly and the park was clean, just make sure you have plenty of leveling blocks with you. I would stay at this park again. We camped at Marble Quarry RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Not too far from Yosemite Park, the town of Columbia is a historic site, Angels Camp was interesting, and there is gold mining close by.

Valencia Travel Village, Castaic, California

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

The wi-fi was slow and the cable was not always the best. The only two complaints that I have are the many shoddy looking full time trailers and the pit bull dogs that seem to be quite numerous. While in the off leash area with my dog, (a lab) a small person came in with three pit bulls. (one muzzled, thank you) If the two un-muzzled pit bulls had gotten any more aggressive, there was no way that the owner could have controlled them. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Lost Hills RV Park (formerly Lost Hills Campground), Lost Hills, California

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Good park for an overnight, I also couldn't hear the truck stop. My only complaint is that it is very dusty. If the wind starts to blow, it could be quite bad. We camped at Lost Hills RV Park (formerly Lost Hills Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.
