Okatoma Resort & RV Park, Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Nice quiet park. Owners are exceptionally nice. Go out of there way to help you. Pretty ponds. Nice sites. Very quiet. Was traveling through for only one night was a little out of our way, but was worth it. We camped at Okatoma Resort & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Little Willie's RV Resort (55+ park), Arcadia, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Stay was for 2 1/2 weeks. Dog park was closed. Was told it had something to do with electrical wire needed fixed. When we left it still was not fixed. People in the park were nice, but male office personnel was unpleasant. Visited 8 parks while I was in Florida this year, all office personnel were pleasant except this one. Was told we could upgrade to 50amp on website with no extra charge, well that didn't happen. Park was clean with level site. Nothing the park can do about it, but there was constant shooting during day from a blueberry farm. Was annoying and scared the dog all day. No picnic tables. We camped at Little Willie's RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Golden Isles Vacation Park, Brunswick, Georgia

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We pulled in to stay for the night, office was closed. Sign said find a spot, pay in morning. People were pulled in every which way and there wasn't a map to follow only the one on the board. We stopped and walked around to see the numbers that had 50 amp hookups. There were trailers there with junk sitting around them that looked like squatters had taken up residence. Tractor trailer trucks and flat beds parked along the roadway. Not sure if people were staying in them or not. Hugh pot holes in drive way. Unkept people just "hanging out". This place was not appealing. We decided not to stay here. This was also marked a Good Sam Club Park. We camped at Golden Isles Vacation Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Inland Harbor RV Park, Darien, Georgia

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We pulled in late on a Saturday night, the park was full. The owner was so gracious to let us stay on the "Bluff". It just had electric (30 amp), no water, but we said we will make it do. We were glad to have a place to stay. It was our fault we waited too late to pull over for the night. The park is well kept, bath house very clean, and they didn't try to price gouge us. Excellent RV park, looked like some seasonals, but no live-ins. We camped at Inland Harbor RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
