A wonderful little park right off Hwy 16 at Kitwanga on Hwy 37 where it turns north for the Alaska highway. Large grassy sites, well maintained, clean. Hidden Valley Campground and RV Park, Canoe, British Columbia

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

To get to the RV park you have to go through a very steep , narrow road which leads down into a "hidden valley". The sites down there are spacious, nice and level, with good services, but showers are accessed by a long stair case climb back up to the top level. Very quiet park, very friendly hosts. We camped at Hidden Valley Campground and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is an older, rustic park close to the highway. There are some permanent RVs on site, lots of trees. Internet only works at the camp office. There is a nice heated pool, playground and large shelter with tables . We camped at Salmon Arm Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Fort Camping, Fort Langley, British Columbia

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here with our grandson, and we're so happy with the playground facility, the pool, large playing fields, craft and activity room and hiking trails, biking trails, access to the river for swimming and playing . The park has a little store with a small cafe that serves breakfast and hot dogs and snacks, an activity director who organizes games and activities for children. There is a small stage where music is often played as well. This would be a great park for family reunions where every one could camp or tent and the children could play. Lots of nice shady trees. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We camped at Fort Camping in a Travel Trailer.

Yakama Nation RV Park, Toppenish, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

The biggest problem here is that when you come from the east or south there is no signage. The park is on Buster Rd, but the road is not marked, so consequently we drove right by the turn, and had to find a place to turn around on the open lands to the west. I suggested to management that they just put a small sign at the road with an arrow pointing and the words RV park- this way, but they said most of their clients come from the west and there is adequate signage from the west on the highway. They acted like my complaint was not important, smiling and laughing. This experience alone put us off the park, even though the sites are nice, wifi works, etc.

The sites here are all paved as are roads in the park, water sewer and electricity all work well. There is a pool. The park has some large trees but most sites are very open and spacious. We camped at Yakama Nation RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Redding RV Park, Redding, California

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly front desk people and managers. The park has the best wifi we have experienced in this area. Park is situated nice and close to all amenities, shopping, etc. Perfect for being in central Redding, nice and level sites, and pull THRUS. This will be our pick of parks now for staying in this area. We stayed in another park south of Redding that was very nice too, but no working wifi so we moved over here. We camped at Redding RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Only about a mile to Mt Shasta mall, Costco, Walmart, easy access to freeway and downtown shops. The park is on a hill surrounded by many beautiful trees, but the Rv sites are spacious and open.
