Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Enchanted Trails has become the "go to" RV camp for us when we are in Albuquerque for various events especially for the International Balloon Fiesta gathering spot for Airstreams in October!

We have TMobile so fringe service at best. Internet service available is a challenge but, we had water, electric and sewer so we're happy.

There are plenty of places to walk the dogs and the sunsets over the West Mesa are beautiful!

You are not to far from town so have all the amenities you could want plus Camping World next door.

Be aware., that the facility is set up with gravel roads etc. so it can get dusty if the wind blows.

There are plenty of fun vintage cars and trailers around to look at. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.

Monte Verde RV Camp, Angel Fire, New Mexico

Date of Stay: November, 2014 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Monte Verde RV is a rare facility where personal service and attention to detail is like none other! No matter what type of rig you pull in with, you are personally met by one of the owners who carefully guides you into the space and even hooks up the utilities for you.

Understand that you are at over 8000 feet in altitude but, the views of Walker Peak and mountains all around are incredible! I personally find I sleep better when I am at MVRVP than most anywhere else. If you don't have an RV, there is a guest cabin available too!

There is plenty to do in the local Angel Fire area, grocery store, gas stations, shops, great library, ghost town, Vietnam Nam Memorial and some really good restaurants. If you find the need for more excitement, you are not far from Taos.

Any questions on what to do, where to go and how to get there...just ask!

I have read the reviews of others here and wonder how tragic life must be when they cannot get along without their cable TV and PERFECT WiFi! Ten years ago....these were not available!

The grounds of MVRVP are very tidy and well kept. There are picnic tables available, a group BBQ area and great places for the dogs to get out and run. The restrooms and shower are well kept and checked frequently. At Monte Verde RV Park, you are treated like family! We camped at Monte Verde RV Camp in a Motorhome.
