The rate cited is based on the weekly rate for a pull-through waterfront site. We stayed here a week to take in the area and enjoy the sights of Fundy Bay. Nice friendly check-in. We had a large pull through site close to the water. We pretty much had the park to ourselves during the week, as it was off season. The only drawback is Route 2 coming to the park from the Trans-Canadian Hwy is a long narrow road for a big rig. We would stay here again.

The rate reflects a Passport America discount. The check-in at this "Resort" was the worst I've experienced in our seven years of fulltiming. The Manager/owner let her dogs (several) jump on the counter and could not do anything for the dogs and could not control them. We stayed four nights at this RV Resort and I use the word "resort" only because its use on the name of the park. We wanted to be close to the Cabot Trail to enjoy the area. The "resort" is made up of 95% seasonal trailers that could never be moved. We were able to get a large pull-through site as a seasonal had moved out. The Wi-FI only worked at our RV because we had a WiFiRanger to boost the signal. The seasonal folks are nice and friendly but I would never again stay at this "resort". Its a long a drive around to the "resort" and I would not recommend using the ferry at English Town. You would be better off staying on the Baddeck side of the Cabot Trail.

This is another park in Newfoundland that is filled with seasonal RV's. We were able to get into the park at the end of the tourest season. We had a back-in RV site with water and electric. Site was level, long enough for our large 5er 42' and wide enough to park our MDT and Smart Car. The most unusual thing I saw was that all the seasonal RV'er had a garden hose hooked to their 3" sewer line and were dumping their gray water along side their RV's. The RV park does has a dump station. They advertise they have Wi-Fi and we were parked less than 20' from the Wi-Fi antenna but it never worked. When I asked the office about it their response was its was working in the office. School kids run the park, and they had left to go back to school before our stay was over. They do have nice walking trails on the river and falls.

We arrived at this RV park without reservations and were only able to stay two nights as the weekend was booked up. The manager was nice enough to call another campground in La Scie and make us a reservation there. This park like most is filled with seasonal campers especially the weekend. We had a water and electric site long enough to fit our MDTand large 5er but unlevel. The park has a lot of kids and adults riding around on dirt bikes and ATV's. They do not have a dump site, but did come to our site and pump us out no charge before leaving. Another boil water before using park.

We stayed here a week. Nice, clean park with level pullthrough site. Friendly helpful management. Park is terrace and overlooks a lake. Short drive to St John without having to be in the city. We were able to get Wi-Fi in the RV with help of a WI-Fi antenna booster.

We stayed three nights to see the area. Our site was large enough for our large MDT and 5er and level. Water and electric and they have a dump station. Park caters to family and children as they have a lot of things for them. The park is also filled with seasonal RV's and very few sites for the traveling RV's. This park had numerous small children riding small bikes and 12 volt cars around on the roadways totally unsurpervised. It was very hard to drive through the park due to the children playing in the roadway. They advertised Wi-Fi Internet but when I checked in they stated they no longer had Wi-Fi and that it had been discontinued. Another boil water before using park.

This park was only available a couple of nights. The park is filled with seasonal RV's which leaves very little to traveling RV's. Nice large level site with water and electric. No dump station. I was directed to a Irving station a few miles away that charged $5.00 to dump. Wi-Fi is at the check in office only. I thought $33.00 a night for water and electric and then having to pay $5.00 to dump was a little much.

We had reservation at this park and when we arrived found that they had given our site to someone else. It took over an hour to check in as the manager kept waiting on others coming into the park. They were finally able to locate a site we would fit into as we have a very large MDT and 5er. We stayed at this park for ten nights and it was at the beginning of their town festival. During this time the parked filled to overflowing. They double parked RV"s in sites and started parking RV's in the grass area. This created a problem when we had to leave early in the morning. The management had to come to our site and get people to move their vehicles and RV's so we could get out of the site and the park. Problem is, it's the only RV park in Twillingate. Also, another boil water park. Would not go back to this park.

This is absolutely a wonderful find for a RV park. The park is located on a 500 foot bluff over looking the Cove, Harbor and open sea. The manager is a great person to deal with and very friendly. We had planned on staying a couple of days and ended up staying two weeks. It was hard to leave this park as we daily saw whales, icebergs and dolphins from our site. The park also has several walking trails, one leading up another several hundred feet to a lookout with beautiful view of the area. The site only had 20 amp electric and water, but the park does have a dump station. Not only was the park friendly, by the whole town of La Scie was also. This is the number one spot we have stayed at in our seven years of fulltiming. Yes, we'll be back.

We stayed at this Passport America campground two nights passing through to Newfundland. The park host was very friendly. They helped us get into our pullthrough site as someone was parked in the roadway. The park was filled with seasonal RV's leaving very few for travelers like ourself. The site was long enough for our large MDT and 5er which is 65' total, but a bit unlevel. We were able to get Wi-Fi from our site. The streets are a little narrow and winding getting through town to the the campground just follow the signs. Would stay here again passing through.

Date of Stay:

We chose this park because our large MDT and 5er would fit and it was the closest to Hope Well Rocks National Park. We had a back in site that was level and back up to a small lake, and a short walk to Fundy Bay. The Wi-Fi worked at our site. Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

We stayed here for seven nights to see the area. It's also the only RV park in the area we would fit into (MDT and large 5er). Our site was nice and long, but very unlevel. They advertise Wi-Fi so we chose a site right across from the office when we checked in only to find out that you have to be in the office to get Wi-Fi and I mean in the office. Also another boil water campground and at times there was little to no water pressure. The campground is filled with seasonal campers and they let their children roam the campground, very small children on small bikes and 12 volt small cars in the roadways totally unsupervised. Very unnerving trying to drive through the campground. Would not stay at this campground again.

Date of Stay:

We stayed here three nights seeing the area. We have a MDT and large 5er and stayed in a large gravel parking lot area in a pull through. The manager was very nice and helpful during our stay as we had problems with the WiFi and he was continuously working on it. We did have to boil water before using it here. Just a note, I would recommend boiling water at any campground on this ROCK as they mainly get their water from surface lake water. Nice park would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

We booked this park for two nights as it was the closest RV park we would fit in (MDT, large 5er and tote 65') after getting off the ferry. We extended our stay a week. Nice friendly folks and clean well kept park. WiFi worked at our site. We will stay here on our return to ferry crossing.

Date of Stay:

We stayed here one night, visiting with family while passing through. Easy excess off 59 but you really have to look for the sign. Clean park but do not think it was worth the $32.00 a night. They put us in a pull through, stating we were too big for a backin. We did get wakened by the dump trucks in the morning, coming and going, hauling through the park.
