My wife and I stayed here in April 2006. What a fantastic CG. Our site backed up to a pond. This park is huge, we had the opportunity to take a few long walks along the ocean. The CG has a lot of amenities. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Myrtle Beach. We rode through the other large family campgrounds that were close by, but they didn't compare to this one. They even had a AUCE Friday night fish fry on the beach. Great fish and nice touch.

The park was just okay. My wife and I intended to stay only 1 night since we were on our way to Myrtle Beach for a vacation. As we were pulling in my brake light came on, after checking in and settling down in a camp site I decided to find out why the light came on. After discovering that it appeared to be a leaking brake cylinder on one of the rear duals. I went to the office to see if they knew someone that could help us. The owners wife suggested a local guy who she said had done work in the CG before. After driving our toad to his shop and explaining the situation to him he said he would be by in a couple of hours to fix the problem, He never showed up. The next morning I called him and he said he would be out in a few hours so we waited all day and he never showed up or even called. At 7PM I went to the office to see if they could give me another name, well the office was closed. Knowing that the owners lived in a house at the CG I walked to there house. This time I spoke to the husband (owner) he said he didn't know what I could do...who I could call...and further more he said he would never had recommended the guy that was supposed to come out who was recommended by his wife. And at that he turned around and went into his house to continue watching TV. Being left on my own I found a phone book and called a Ford dealer who also has a RV repair shop, he put me in touch with a towing company. The next morning we got towed in...new rotors, brakes, and brake cylinders were installed and that evening we were on the rode again. We spent and paid for 3 nights at this campground when all we intended to do was spend 1 night. DO NOT I SAY DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS CAMPGROUND. The owner (husband) has about as much compassion as a dead fish. Talk about Southern hospitality.

This was my wife and my first experience looking for a CG in Arizona. She picked it out of a Woodalls book. Buy did she make the right decision. This is probably the nicest CG Resort that we have ever stayed at. We were here for a week. The sites were huge with a concrete pad. There was also an 18 hole golf course which we really enjoyed. There was a restaurant at the golf course that served delicious meals for lunch and supper time. The resort was cleaner than clean and the staff went out of there way to try and help. We can't wait to go back again.
