Meeker River Bend RV Park, Meeker, Colorado

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Decent little park, self service, gravel pads, water, sewer and great 30-50amp electric. Has 5-6 pull thru sites. Can accommodate a fairly large RV. I had a 40' rig pulling a full size pickup.

$30.00 is a little steep for a self service park with no bath or shower. This is a $20.00 park. We camped at Meeker River Bend RV Park in a Motorhome.

City Of Roses RV Park, Thomasville, Georgia

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly management that will do everything it can to accommodate you. Passport America price is good. However, the park has became overrun with very old dilapidated trailers with some strange folks living here. Junk piled outside their old, old trailers. Park was quite full and rather tight for us. Don't think we would stay again, and its simply because it has became a permanent home of the not too desireable. We camped at City Of Roses RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lancaster Event Center, Lincoln, Nebraska

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this campground every year for the last 4-5 years because it is so close to the kids house. It is nothing fancy but handles big rigs well and the power is top notch. They have a sewer dump site and fresh water. For up to a week if you visiting on the East side of town, this is a great place. We camped at Lancaster Event Center in a Fifth Wheel.

We were treated great and made very welcome. Nice long sites for our 85' 5th wheel and Volvo with Toad. Didn't even have to unhook. Very Big Rig friendly!! Passport America. Lots of trains, but the TETON is built well and we hardly heard them. We camped at Bar S RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

5 Star RV Park, Tyler, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2006 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

This is a neat park. Located out in the country in a beautiful, quiet farm area. Owners are very friendly and helpful. It is definitely big rig friendly. We are 70 ft long and had plenty of room. Lucky we found this park as they are not yet listed in the campground books. You won't be disappointed in this park if your looking for an easy quick location for a good price. They are Passport America! Great experience! We camped at 5 Star RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
