Lake George RV Park, Lake George, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $78.00
Overall Rating:

Highly recommend this park. Check in very easy, our site was easy to get into. There is a lot of activities from basketball to tennis to bike paths and 2 swimming pools. There is nightly entertainment that is a lot of fun. The dog park is phenomenal - the best I have ever seen. The small dog section has agility equipment and is all wood chips. The large dog section is enormous with astro turf and forested area with all wood chips as well as dog fountains. There is also a dog wash area. We will definitely return for a longer stay. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Motorhome.

1000 Islands / Ivy Lea KOA, Ivy Lea, Ontario

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $85.00
Overall Rating:

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here - very busy park. There are lots of themed activities for the family - ours was pirate days. Dog park is well kept with lots of toys and fresh water. Large playground and bouncy pad for the kids. Didn't use the pool but it was very busy as well. Close to boat tours. We camped at 1000 Islands / Ivy Lea KOA in a Motorhome.

Leaf Verde RV Resort, Buckeye, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Rate is based on a month's stay. Yes this is an older park and the sites are pretty tight and there are lots of rules. The staff is wonderful, park is well maintained, activities director Sue is incredible - there is something going on every day if you want to stay busy. The dog park is kept spotless with separate areas for social and not so social dogs and there are a couple large dog parks close by. The pool is clean and warm with water aerobics one day and water volleyball on the next day. We would stay here again. We camped at Leaf Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Saddleback Mountain RV Park, Balmorhea, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

Easy to get to off I-10. Nothing fancy but we didn't have to unhook for one night's stay. Most sites appear to have full time residents. Find an empty spot and that's where you stay. It appears they are trying to make some improvements with landscaping. We camped at Saddleback Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.

Staff were friendly and informative. Park is all gravel with very few trees- very easy to navigate. Hookups were easy. Showers very clean. It was very cool and breezy so we didn't spend any time outside relaxing. Park is very easy to find off I-10. We camped at Little Vineyard RV Park & Resort in a Motorhome.

Old park which needs work. Sites are very tight. Apppeared to be lots of transient workers. Did not use any of the facilities. Would not stay here again. We camped at Audubon RV Park in a Motorhome.

Admiralty RV Resort, San Antonio, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Staff makes this park - everyone is friendly and helpful. Park is easy to get to from the highway. Dog park is small and there are a lot of burrs and the dog owners don't pick up after their pets, but that's not the park's fault. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Motorhome.
