Rate is daily rate for 30 amp electric and water pull through site. Older park with gravel roads and narrow, though level, gravel pads, though the sites are adequate for multiple slide-outs. There are small trees that make sites seem smaller than they are. Located in the middle of a residential area, so no traffic noise. Makes a good over night stopping spot. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
