This is a no frills park. Spaces are a little narrow. There are some permanents staying there. Gravel roads. Park definitely needs some TLC. Park was quiet and friendly. I would stay here again because of the Passport America price. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nothing fancy about this campground; sites were level but narrow, several full-timers scattered throughout, no scenic view. There are much nicer campgrounds in the area. We would stay here again but only because they are Passport America, which saved us 50% ($75 for the week we were there). They have free Wi-Fi, but don’t encourage its use. It is primarily for the owner’s personal use. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is one of the best parks in Alaska. The staff is simply wonderful! There was a little bird that has nested next to a sewer connection and they warned us about it, so that we would disturb the mother bird as little as possible. We asked about tours. They helped us research the options and then made the arrangements for us. What a gem! The park is nice with gravel roads and parking sites. There is nice grass between the sites with fair separation. You have a picnic table. The laundry in nice and clean. We would definitely come back again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is one of the best parks we have visited on our Alaskan journey. We stayed in a spacious, full hookup pull through, which had enough space for two rigs. It even had grass and was well maintained. The staff, particularly one lady, was very friendly and helpful. We stayed a total of six, very restful nights. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Rate reflects a week's stay. This is a very well-run park. Entrance to the park is easy and there is adequate room to maneuver. Pull-through sites are long and level. There are small trees between sites: not big enough for real shade, but a nice buffer between sites. Wi-Fi and cable TV work well. There is some highway noise, but not enough to be a problem. There is a free vehicle wash site on premises. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will make reservations for tourist attractions in the area. This is one of the best parks we've visited in our 4+ month trip. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice park with very friendly people running it. It is located right off the highway so there is some traffic noise. Very easy in and out for our 33 foot 5th wheel. Our site was long and level. There is grass in between the sites and small trees. You are given a Wi-Fi code and it works at the site with the best speed we've had in Alaska. There is a very good selection of cable TV stations. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Santaland RV Park is an excellent park with professional staff and facilities that are among the nicest I have seen. The showers are located in individual bathrooms, just like at home, and were exceptional clean and maintained. The laundry facilities are also in excellent condition and are adequate for the size of the park. I would definitely return to this park and stay the next time I am in this part of Alaska. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This was by far the best RV Park we stayed in. The sites were bordered with grass and decorated. The restrooms and showers were the best and cleanest we found while in Alaska. The staff is great. I would highly recommend this RV park to anyone visiting the Fairbanks area. It is about 15 miles South of Fairbanks. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Clean and private showers at no additional charge. The WI-FI signal excellent as was the CATV signal. The park occupancy was about 50% and was very quiet. The laundry facility was large, with multiple washers and dryers. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area attractions and even called some of the places to verify hours of operation. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We traveled here up the Alcan Highway and this campground had the best bathroom and shower facilities so far. The campground is well maintained and away from trafic noise even thou it is next to the highway. Wifi worked well at our site. They even have a help your self free RV wash area. The cloths wash area was clean and the washers and dryers worked well. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Very nice family run park. Sites were level. Park decorated with Christmas theme. Owner very friendly and helpful. Showers very clean and private, no extra charge. Laundry facilities were excellent. Dryer actually dried all clothes within 1 hour. Cable TV in laundry area, helped pass the time while waiting for clothes to finish. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Excellent service!! Friendly folks!! We cannot say enough about how great this park is. Super helpful. These folks will even come to your RV and walk your dog for you if you take an extended day trip such as the Artic Circle trip we took while there. They offer great suggestions for tour folks to use also. Right next to Santas House and reindeer! Great place!! Highly recommend it! We camped here in a Motorhome.
This was a great place to stay. The Wi-Fi was free and worked well in our unit. The showers were individual bathroom type set-ups and were very clean. The workers in the office were very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This campground is a place to stop if you just want to visit Santa's shop. There is a very large Santa on the property and you can send Santa letters at the shop. I imagine children would enjoy staying there. If you want to see Fairbanks and its attractions, stay at Rivers Edge RV Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice, very clean campground. Good location near grocery, restaurants, fast food, etc. in North Pole. Next door to Santa's House gift shop for all the North Pole gifts to send back home. Very friendly and helpful resident managers. If we make it back to Alaska, we will stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Restrooms are the cleanest I have ever been in anywhere! Staff is so friendly, great place if you have kids, close to Fairbanks, the AK state bird is bad news early mornings and evenings. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nice park, friendly people in the office. They came around every day for our garbage, even knocked on our door if we didn't have it out. Mr. and Mrs. Santa live there, you can visit two of their reindeer. We were going to spend a few days and it ended up to be 10 days. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is an excellent park. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Easy access to Richardson highway, and just minutes out of Fairbanks. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Facilities are modern, well kept up, and clean. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. One of the better parks that we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This was a very clean place. It was more tight than we prefer, but the sites were grassy and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the shopping at Santa's was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone. We camped here in a Motorhome.
