Rate slightly higher than posted rate. I don't know why and was not given a receipt. Rate does not include cable ($5 day extra). Fairly new park with paved roads and soft gravel sites. Built as a five star park but regular maintenence is lacking. 10kph posted speed limit but watch your kids. With smooth paved roads everyone I saw was going at least 50 through the park. Good power, water, clean restrooms and showers. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
