After staying here for three months I found the managers were rude, as were some areas of the park who all stayed together. The power here leaves a lot to be desired with it going out often. My first location had a power pole problem and they would not believe me until it went down and they could not figure out the problem. Second site was better. Train just across the highway that runs daily and was noisy at night. Every one had a dog so lots of dogs barking. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Management very friendly and helpful. WiFi has just been installed; $5 per day, $15 per week or $20 per month. The road traffic and train could be a problem for some, but we are used to traffic noise. The train passes thru several time per week, but it is a constant rumble; and the whistle can be barely heard as it enters the town of Bouse @ 1 mile away. For 4-wheelers, access is direct from the RV park into the desert, and if properly equipped and tagged they can be ridden into town on the roads, but not the highway. The town of Bouse and the RV Park have many activities to keep everyone busy. Jam Session every Wednesday at 12:30 PM; people from all over the area come to perform and listen; everyone has a good time. The park at this time is full, so I guess there are others who feel this park has what they need. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
For my sewer hookup I needed to dig out the pipe and lower it down to somewhat be able to let sewage flow level or hopefully downhill. Told I would have 50 amp and only had 30 amp available. Have a train that passes by across the highway and also the highway has trucks running on it around the clock, so noisy. We camped here in a Motorhome.
