In my view this rv park has more pine trees and a prettier setting than any commercial park from Flagstaff to Williams. The sites are a crushed gravel-type material and most are fairly level. It would have been nicer if there was a little more room between sites but none of the other parks are generous in this respect. New ownership needs to do a few things like add cable and do a little site grooming. Limited TV service can be gotten from an antenna but it's not real clear. The biggest negative is the park's proximity to the railroad tracks. The BNSF is very active along this stretch of I-40 and the engineers blow the train horn 4 times each time it passes by the area both east and westbound. We had a nice campfire amidst the aromatic pines in the evening. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
