$2
We actually paid the monthly rate, which was only $50, plus electric, a special they offered March & April. Large spots with cement patios. No pool, darn, but well taken care of. We are only 40 miles from Yuma where the prices are a lot higher. You basically are in the middle of no-where, with lots of room to take long walks and pet friendly. We would stay again even for their normal price of $190 month plus electric. Friendly managers, nice clubhouse. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is by far our most favorite RVPark. This is a very well managed park, sites are very big and the rate $190 per month is about the best available in the area. This is a great place if you have desert toys, but if not, there are other activities such as shuffleboard, horseshoes, crafts, bingo, card games, music jams and just recently added a desert golf course. We have stayed there two years in a row and have just signed up for a third year. The clubhouse and laundry facilities are large and kept very clean and the washrooms, only two stales in each are also very well maintained. There is noise from the trains and from time to time there is an smell coming from stockyards in Roll. This is a new facility and each year are adding new activities and constantly making additions to activities. There is also an exercise room and library. This is a great inexpensive place to spend a few days or months. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Rate based on monthly rate of $190 plus elec at 15 cents per kwh. Includes satellite cable tv. This was the 2nd winter for this Park in a rural desert setting. Sites are very side and majority have a concrete patio pad. Power and water were good. No Wi-Fi, but modem service for internet and phone is available from a third party. Roads are packed aggregate and can be a little dusty when people do not respect the speed limit. Large club house with growing list of activities. Large laundry. If you like cycling there is a good network of rural paved roads with low traffic. Great opportunity for ATV's in adjacent desert. Smell from westerly located confined feeding cattle ranch can be a little hard to accept, but smell does not usually last all that long. Wi-Fi would be a bonus for the short term stay. Space designated for installation of a pool and spa. Will stay here again when next in area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
