If not for the rest rooms this would be a great place. It is still great for one or two nights and site 17 is a long back in that gives you a view of the southwest sky for satellite. Local TV is fine. There is a dump station but you have to go the wrong way on a one way loop to use it. Don't worry everybody does. There is free Wi-Fi in downtown North Little Rock. Just park outside the library or go to the coffee place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has large campsites, is convenient to I40, and was our base for exploring Little Rock and the Clinton Presidential Library. It was easy to get in and out, and the campground host was very friendly. I would rate it higher if it had sewer hookups. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We agree with all the recent 8's. We paid the off season rate of $80 for a week and added 2 extra nights at $16. Played both courses, both nice, one fairly open and easy, the other host's the Arkansas Open every year. As mentioned there is all kinds of things to do in this park and a great place to spend some time. The downtown area of N Little Rock has open Wi-fi provided by the city. We came so we could have our mail forwarded to us and order a part for the RV. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice woodsy park with easy access to I-40. Depending on the site, you may have to go the wrong way on a one-way street to the dump station because the dump station is on the wrong side. The staff will tell you it's okay to do this. Quiet and restful campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We only needed somewhere to camp overnight. We would recommend this camp ground for overnight stay. It's wooded and plenty of desirable spaces. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Pretty nice campground, has a state park or Corps of Engineers feel to it. Very large, widely-spaced sites. Could be maintained a little better, there was some trash around, like a big wet cardboard box lying next to our site. Very quiet and peaceful, you'd never know you were just off the interstate. Front desk folks were as friendly as they could be. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The campground is located in the midst of the 1400 acre Burns Municipal Park. All of the site are in the trees. There is adequate room between the sites. The restrooms were clean but they are very dated and in extreme need of an update. The other facilities in the park including two 18-hole golf courses and scores of athletic fields are very well kept up so it is unfortunate that they do not put much of a priority on the campground facilities. There is a walking/biking path along the river that goes all of the way to North Little Rock and also crosses the river and goes to Little Rock. There are also miles and miles of hiking trails in the park. Overall it is a great place to stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice large shaded sites with lots of room to enjoy the natural setting. Fairly quiet with very minimal noise from I-40. Plenty of outdoor activities available. Restaurants and shopping require a little driving and searching. Great deal for the money. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very large park, big sites. Reminds me of a state park, but run by the city. Nice picnic table and fire ring. The restrooms and showers were rustic. They were clean enough, but the type of thing that reminds you of scout camp. It was a great jumping off point for sightseeing in Little Rock. We stayed two nights. Very private. Extremely good for the price. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a lovely little campground in a large public park. The sites all appeared to be spacious and shady, and the campground hosts were super friendly. They have no website, so you need to call them up and make a reservation over the phone. It is a nice, basic, natural-setting campground, with wildlife and nice places to walk and bike. When you get out into the larger park there are lots of activities, such as bocce ball, soccer, dirt bike courses -- you name it. The park puts most cities to shame. Best of all (at least to us!) it has one of the nicest dog parks I have ever seen, with three separate very large, shaded and clean fenced areas. This is a long walk or a short drive from the campground and there is a map posted to show you how to get to the various amenities. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Wonderful park. Large hardwood trees, sites well spaced, quiet. Trees trimmed so there were no problems with a tall rig. We wished we could have spent more time here. Grey water through a small hose is allowed only on the outside loop in the woods. There is a dump station onsite. This is right off I-40 and about a half mile towards the river. Convenient for an overnight stay, better to stay 2 days. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed one night while driving through, and the campground was fine, in spite of the fact that it rained. Yes, the area is a fine gravel parking lot and it does get wet and sloppy, but this not a spot where you are going for the environment, since there are no trees and it is a downtown location. The staff was very friendly, even loaned us a 50 to 30 amp converter as our site was 50 amp only at the box. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If it is raining or blowing this is not a good park. Miserable night in the mud and sand with my dogs. There is no storm shelter except a submarine, which was not open. Won't stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a new RV Park in downtown North Little Rock, Ar. It is located right on the Arkansas River where fishing and boating are encouraged. Perminate buildings are not allowed in that area therefore there are no restrooms. It is located within walking distance of all of downtown North Little Rock and most of Little Rock. There are four FHU's, the rest are water and elect. The new rates start at $18.00 with a 15% discounts for FMCA, Escapees, AARP, AAA, Military, Golden Age/Access, and 10% for Good Sam. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We checked this fairly new park out yesterday. It's a no thrills park, large blacktop area right on the Arkansas River in downtown North Little Rock. Totally fenced and secured with a key pad gate. It's located right at the start of the Arkansas River Trail and Riverside Park. This would be a great place for doing stuff in North Little Rock or just across the river in Little Rock, every thing would be just minutes away. We were told that you get a 15% discount by showing any type of RV or camping membership (such as Good Sam,Escapee, etc or military card). We camped here in a Motorhome.

Don't know why the previous visitor gave this such a low rating. We found the sites very adequate, the roads paved and wide enough. The only downside is our neighbor had pulled his 5th wheel very close to the front of his site and made it a little difficult for us to pull out, but that is not the park's fault. The staff was very helpful. The dog run was a great place to unleash our dog and let him have a little freedom. The wi-fi was super. The best signal we have had so far on our trip. We definitely will be back when we are in this part of the state. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice stop for a night. Like many KOAs, the sites are very close together and some of the turns in the park are tight. It was clean, however, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is another older KOA that tries to accommodate bigger rigs. The grounds are kept well. The staff was very friendly. We were in one of the five larger pull-through sites that are in a row in the front of the campground. The problem was we faced directly into the office, directly across the road where all the new arrivals came in. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Tight turns - exercise equipment - nil although stated in ad - sauna & spa in shed no ventilation etc, very poor roads definitely would never stay there again and would not recommend any large motorhome or 5th wheel would have a hard time negotiating the runs very unhappy with park. Like almost all of the other campers, I heard the traffic noise from I40 but I was so tired, it didn't bother me. The campground was clean, well organized, and well-staffed. I especially was pleased with the autotransformer that was on my 50-amp power station. That gave me a little bit more peace of mind. I will make it a point to stay here when I need a spot for the night in this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Older KOA narrow roads noticed the big Fifth wheels comining in had a hard time with the narrow roads. It was next to very busy interstate so noise level was high. Thought $41 was high for this park, probably would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an older park, clean, but lots of permanent sites. We had a pull through so we could stay hooked up and continue our travel early in the morning, but sites were so unlevel we had to unhook for the night. The park sits very close to main roads and there is lots of traffic noise , but that was OK. We might try to find somewhere else to stay the next time we travel through this area We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park. We used the pool area all afternoon and it was enjoyable. Wifi worked good but cable was a little fuzzy. Road noise from I 40 but you expect that being close to the interstate. GREAT ice cream counter. Be sure to get some. We camped here in a Motorhome.

An older park, looked like lots of resident types. The lady messed up my reservation, had me for 1 month later. All they had was 30 amp pull throughs, not very level. Lots of trees, narrow driveways, be careful, I have a 40 foot rig plus toad. The guy who checked me in was helpful. I will probably stay somewhere else, too pricey. I arrive late and leave early, not sure of all amenities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park, great service and very good ice cream parlor. Wi-Fi and cable worked well. Spaces were a little tight but were sufficient for a nights stop over. Rate includes Value Card discount. We would stay here again and recommend this park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Friendly staff! Our particular site was large but many sites badly need gravel to help with the mud when it rains. Rate is too much for what you get. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

There were lots of tall pines and curved roads. Sites were narrow and long. We could put our slides out but not the awning. The site was level...gravel...no grass. Bathhouse was older but nice and clean. We were led to our site. There is highway noise but we could not see it. This was good for an overnight but the sites seemed piled on top of one another. We would stay here again if just for an overnight. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ice cream shop was a big hit with my teenaged daughter and her friend. The facilities were exceptionally clean. Highway noise was minimal. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Fairly nice park. The highway noise was apparent but not all that bad. But we had electrical problems. The voltage was low, as low as 104 volts, and our protection circuits kept shutting off our electricity. The same thing happened to another RVer who was travelling with us. We finally got it to work (kinda) by turning our battrey chargers to their lowest charge rate and turning our refrigerators to work on LP gas. This brought the voltage up to 108-110 V. I would not stay here again for this reason. I took a ride through the city park campground and the sites there were enormous, and half the price, so I suggest staying there. All staff friendly and helpful. Campground clean and kept picked up. Laundry room kept updated. Guide to site, was helpful. Next to Interstate, some road noise during day but have to say that it didn't bother me at night. Sites fairly large and easy in and out. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at this park for 3 nights, and were pleased at how friendly the staff are, and how clean this park is. Our site had a very comfortable residential type patio set, a gas grill and a cement/wood patio. There's even an ice cream shop in the main building. We loved the central location, which seems rural yet close to everything in Little Rock. This park is also very pet friendly, yet we found no "surprises" laying on the grounds or owner's with problem dogs. We would stay at this park again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice, well run, friendly park with exceptionally easy access to I-40 and DT Little Rock. Although we didn't use them, they offer laundry, pool, sauna and jacuzzi. WiFi worked very well. This park would rate at least a 9, except for the freeway noise. One of the noisiest parks we've ever visited. If you stay here, try to position yourself near the front of the park, though you may have to pay more to use the premium sites located there. Otherwise, bring both earplugs and have a source of white noise because it gets really LOUD with the truck traffic only a few (50)feet from the park boundry. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Quiet for the two nights we spent at this campground. Lots of trees. Much rain but this campground is uphill so no flooding. Office hours are 8am to 8 pm and staff seems efficient and friendly. Some sites are not level but that's why we carry levelers. Many campers use this KOA and from what we heard, it seems to be a favorite of those passing through the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We decided to stay here last minute as the weather was getting bad. (thunderstorms and heavy rain) We were greeted by pleasant folks and checked in right away. There were other folks checking in, and I noticed that they were receiving the same pleasant treatment. We were promptly showed to our site, and the gentleman stayed for awhile to see if we needed any assistance. I couldn't have asked for more. Everything worked great, electric, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water pressure etc. This is a diamond in the rough. We would stay here again. The $35.00 was due to our 17 year old son was with us. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed overnight and we really liked this park. Thoughtful park with personal fire pits, decking, and tables & chairs at each site. Country atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Will stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Attractive, but the trees could be a problem for some. Our truck had some difficulty fitting into the cabin parking spot due to trees! Much road noise from the interstate, but no worse than other KOA's we've been to that are located along major highways. Clean bathrooms; owners are making some improvements and some fixtures are newer. The ice cream parlor sounded neat, but was closed for the season. Campfires are prohibited, a major drawback in such a pretty location. Considering it was December, the campground was quite full when we were there. Decent overnight if you aren't trying to sleep in a tent or pop-up. We camped here in a Campground Cabin.

Nice park in a nice area with great hosts. When making the reservations told them that I am disabled and if at all possible could I have a level site, easier on me. Not only did they hold a level site within easy walking to restroom/shower the guide assisted with the hookup. Good people. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We had a small spot on the hillside. The spot was not level. There was traffic noise from the nearby highway. We would probably not stay here again. There was nothing special about this park but it was alright for an overnight stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nothing special about this place, but it's OK for an overnight while on the road. Convenient to I-40 and I-430. A little run down, pretty cramped, and the utilities could use a little sprucing up. Sites are a mixture of gravel and concrete. Office staff friendly and helpful. Nearest food store is about 5 miles away. We would probably stay here again if necessary, but would look for a little nicer place if we were going to spend more than one night. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Another very expensive KOA, especially for mid-November. Then you have to pay $2 a day for wifi. This CG was the noisiest we have stayed at in 10 months of full timing thru the US and Canada. The freeway must be around 20 feet from around half the sites. We would NEVER return here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent the night here on the way to Vicksburg, MS. Park was clean, staff was friendly and the ice cream "bar" hit the spot after dinner. Plenty of shade trees which this time of the year is a plus. Easy access to I 40. We camped here in a Motorhome.

How many ways can I say YUCK! Unfriendly employeees, sites almost impossible to get into and out of, campground not well maintained. What less could you ask for? And at a ridiculous price! Woo-hoo! I have stopped here every thursday before Memorial Day on the way to Branson for the last 3 years. Nice pool and very good cable TV. We have had a full hookup pull-thru every time and have enjoyed each stay. It could be a little cramped and noisy if the park were full. Some resident/seasonal sites if that bothers you. Very good, full facility, overnight stop for eas/west travelers on I40. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We arrived during a torrentila downpour and were greeted very warmly. The staff was great to work with and the park is set up very nice. The roads going to the park were a bit narrow, but once in the park we had no problem getting around. A lot of trees and the quietness was greatly appreciated. All in all a nice park. $2.00 fee for 24 hour wireless connection. Regular sites were a little cramped, but premium sites were roomy. Not a bad place for an overnite. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This KOA is convenient if somewhat expensive. We paid $38+ for four adults and 50 amp, but no cable service. It is a clean park and convenient to I-40. The staff was friendly. There is a President Clinton shrine in the office. We camped here in a camper.

Old KOA and not well kept. The office workers had little knowledge and less enthusiasm for their jobs. There were lots and lots of permanent residents in sites that were cluttered with junk. Almost a scary place, quite frankly. We camped here in a camper.

We stayed here on a two night stop to see the Clinton Library. We felt it was an ok stay. Maybe a bit overpriced, but the office was clean, and the laundry was great! The gate worked fine for us and we were given a code. Sites were fairly level and we had a pull through. We were there right after a torrential downpour, so it was pretty muddy. That was not the fault of the owners, who were very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi worked great and was free! Easy drive to downtown and near a new super Wal-mart. We would stay here again. By far the worst place I have ever stayed! There was hardly ever anyone in the office and when there was someone in there when I went to ask a question about something they weren't of much help. There was an older couple (they manage it but I think they may own it as well) and they tried to be friendly and helpful but they were more confusing than anything. I also saw little mice running around in the office when I was in there and the office wasn't very clean at all. There were cable hook ups but they didn't work and they didn't have wireless internet or anything - not even local phone service. The bathroom was not the cleanest and I felt dirty even stepping foot into it! There was a light that worked for 30 minutes (timer) and if you spend more time than that using the restroom, showering, and freshining up - I hope you don't slip because it is so dark once that 30 minutes is up. I read a review awhile back about it being behind a small strip mall - there was no strip mall to say the least. The cost of $22-$24 is overpriced for this place. I would have rather payed $35+ to stay at KOA or anywhere else! Oh yeah - they have a gate (for security???) - and I wasn't given the code to it - so when I went to the store and came back I was locked out! Luckily someone was coming out as I was coming in and it opened. The gate was rarely closed but I guess sometimes it is and they don't give you the access to get back in - that is awful! Also - it is 2006 right? I mean we have become a computer age society - well don't try to use a credit card or debit card here! They don't take them!!! Good luck getting the washers and dryers to work - they wouldn't work when I tried them. I would pay a little extra to stay somewhere else that was better maintained and managed - this is definately not somewhere you want to stay and my family and I will never go back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

In my opinion this is one of the worst RV Parks I have ever visited. The drive is gravel and has many large potholes. There is a gate at the entrance to the park grounds for (what I was told on the phone) security but it was never closed. The property looks like a mobile home park with several old run down mobile homes and campers that have seen their better day and most have flat tires and tarps over then to keep the rain out. It looks more like a junk yard than an RV Park. There is no Cable TV, Phone or WIFI and satellite reception is not good because of all the trees. They do have a laundry but sadly there was no power to any of the washers or dryers. The restrooms and showers were not any better. The toilets were so nasty I would never use them. They had feces all over them.The showers looked like they had never been cleaned and had mildew all over them. In all this I have learned to never make a reservation over the phone without seeing the place first. I paid for one week stay by phone (left my money in an envelope through a slit in the door when I arrived) and never saw any staff the whole time I was there. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is mostly a mobile home park. The mobile homes are at the back of the property and RV spaces at the front. We never saw any staff. Sign at office says to put the money in the envelope and drop it in the slot. Bathrooms had timer on the lights. 30 minutes was maximum. Bathrooms were not real clean. Could have used some minor touch repairs. It is behind a small strip mall which includes a Dollar General store. Roads and sites were gravel and roads needed some work. Won't ever go back. Not even a good overnight. We camped here in a Motorhome.
