We stayed in this lovely campground for a season with our motorhome. Owner is very nice. Some pressure applied to purchase a lot. Lots are very expensive. Beach area kept immaculate. Loved that we were able to rent a boat slip. Caretaker helped us get our boat down to the water which was nice. Lots were absolutely gorgeous. We were in B loop. The fun thing about it was the farmer's market that set up just outside the gates each week. What fun. The water was very warm and clean. The park overall was extremely clean and quiet. Pet friendly yes but I would ask first if you have larger, louder animals. There is now a cute cafe on premise. We had full hookups. There is an adorable library and room for watching movies. The pool is great for the kiddies. The beach is a short walk across the road. Liquor store, post office, and grocery store just down the road which was FANTASTIC!! We loved this place. Would we return? You bet we would. Would we purchase? You bet we would but not until our motorhome sells. Don't want to park a motorhome there permanently. I would give this RV park a 10/10. I don't know the nightly rate because we rented for a season..May until end of August 2011. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Main focus is selling lots. The sites are small-ish. Only 1 pull through developed (more might come in future development. Phone hook-up available via local phone company. Wi-Fi was strong until it went down. Cable also went away at the same time. Beach/boating available across the road. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Sorry to say that this campground has now been completely stripped of all it's beautiful trees and any living thing. It has joined the ranks of the other for purchased sites only. (now called blind bay resort). This area is quickly becoming an elite area of million dollar condos and purchased rv sites where the beautiful family campgrounds once were (this one and Cottonwood falling to the developers this year). It's a sad reality, hold on to your happy memories and don't even drive by the place to see what they've done. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
