This is a fabulous, restful, and friendly place to camp. Right on the Columbia River. Same rate for all size rigs - $20 a campsite. Hosts are very friendly and do not allow noisy youth to party into the wee hours. Great hiking! Fishing! Boat ramp. Lots of edible wild berries (Saskatoons!). Showers and flush toilets are at the entrance to the park (the only drawback here) which is almost 1 km from the campground. Decent outhouses located in the campground. Wal-mart is about 1-1/2 miles away that you pass by coming south from Highway 3. Campfires are often permitted here when a ban is on everywhere else, as was the case 2 years ago. This is generally a hot sunny area so look for the shade. We camped here in a Tent.
