This is an older park with refurbished mobile homes and a few sites for overnighters. Some owners have bought these older mobile homes and gutted and refurbished them. Made them really cute vacation homes. There are a couple that could use some updating, but for the most part the mobiles are nice. The sites are gravel with concrete slabs and grass. There are picnic tables, and a few have views towards the bay--nice views. Town and beach is about a 5 minute walk. You will probably not find a "spur of the moment " space as many store their trailers there at the park, and they are moved in when they come. But we have been two different times now and will head back in November. It is a small, little known park...but a cutie! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
