Site was a dirt and grass almost level drive-through with picnic table, BBQ grill, and fire ring. Not all sites had tables or grills. One row had some cement pads for patios. Good cable TV and Wi-Fi. Laundry had 4 washers and 4 dryers. It cost $1.25 for the washer and $1.00 for the dryer. This park has a mini store and pools, but they were closed for the season. It also has a boat gas pump. Resort may be in its name, but it is not. We probably will not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A old park with a lot of older trailers and long-term residents, but it was quiet and we felt secure. The sites are along interior roads that runs perpendicular to the shoreline. There are no lake views. Some sites are under large trees that provide welcome shade in the summer but may block satellite TV signals. There is no cable TV. Our Verizon MiFi and cellular phone worked good. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice shady pull through spots, but not gravel or paved, just kind of in the dirt. Helpful staff, just an older park. The web site gives you the impression it's a lot nicer than it is, but it's not all that bad. It was a little hard to find, as it's more or less through a residential area. We overnighted here, so from that perspective it was fine. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very helpful staff, escorted to our site. Decent CG, site was level; had fair air card reception on Verizon and Sprint. Despite lots of trees, had good satellite reception in our site. Got in late and left early, so didn't check out the facilities. Would probably stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park was large and full of big Oak trees. Most of the time it was extremely quiet (except the holiday weekends, when they are packed with campers). Laundry facilities were great. Managers were very helpful and friendly. Felt very safe and relaxed. Store on site and pier for fishing. Pool not heated, but so hot in Clearlake it was refreshing! Prices are good and space was roomy. Only regret? Didn't pick a shady enough spot. We camped here in a Motorhome.
