Quiet, and well away from freeway noise. There are only a few pull through sites and be extra cautious backing into some of the sites because of the trees. A bit awkward with our 33 foot RV but worth the effort. Did not use the bathroom facilities. A great regional park and we will plan to stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access off I-5, very quiet during the week with good spacing between sites. River is just on the other side of the levee with a good walking trail on top of the levee. Good connectivity for Verizon MiFi. Reasonably priced park with FHU, very unusual for California. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an excellent park. As always we check out RvParksReviews before going out and the reviews for this park are correct. There are beautiful, mature trees for shade, a nice breeze and wonderful sites. We will definitely come back here again. We did not use the facilities; so we cannot comment on those, but everything else was clean and neat. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a military only Famcamp located on the Defense Logistics Depot. The phone number is for the base police. There is no phone number for the campground as there is no campground manager and no reservations are accepted. The base police were extremely helpful to us over the phone and can tell you if there are RV spaces available or not. At $15 a night it is a great bargain for full hookups on grassy sites. There is an "iron ranger" since there is no park manager. There are tons of trains all around the area so if train noise is a problem for you maybe you should skip this place. We found the train noise at night to be minimal and acceptable. We were told by the base police and several base employees that the RV park may be closing in September 2014, so call before you go. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
