Very nice, quiet campground about 6 miles from Ojai. We were looking for a campground with full hook-ups and stumbled upon this very nice residential park. Most of the people are here full-time; the sites are clean and well-kept (we even saw someone sweeping the roads!); and the place has a well-groomed feeling. Sites are large (double-wide) and level; you park on gravel and have a big concrete slab for a patio. Hook-ups are in the back of the site; everything worked fine. Clean laundry room: $1.25 for wash + $.75 for 45 min dryers. It is easy to miss the campground entrance when you are driving down Burnham road - look for the 'Alpaca' sign on the right and get ready to turn left into the campground; it is just a few houses down. A nice lady is the manager, and we look forward to staying here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
