This small campground is located in an industrial area. If you connive at this, it is in a scenic valley. It was quiet when we camped here on a weekend. The roads and sites in the campground are gravel and level. We had a pull thru site with full hookup which was barely long enough for our 40 ft. RV. I would not recommend this park for longer rigs because the turns are also pretty tight. All sites are pretty close to each other. Wi-Fi only works if you are close to the office, but our Verizon air card worked with 3G. The campground is nicely constructed with trees in rows around it, but weed is coming out everywhere. The rate for one night ($30 + tax) is a little bit too high to be considered as a fair price. There were lots of workers for the oil and gas industry around Rangely who camped here. Scenic, quiet, level sites, full hookups, and free Wi-Fi (although it didn’t work for us) make a total of 5 points. We camped here in a Motorhome.
OK folks, it's not a resort, and it's not an RV park - it's a good-for-one-night-better-than-WalMart, city-owned place. Nice little park next to White River. Campground hosts were really nice - all slots paved, albeit really short. Only half a dozen with electric - water was via LONG hose (some provided). We had no problems with facilities or area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
