This was a disappointing visit. Upon driving in the overwhelming smell of nasty grey water grabbed your nose. The (temporary?) restrooms were awful. Only one very small (can't bend over) pay shower (yuk) with the machine across from where you shower so you have to step out of the shower (hopefully no soap in your eyes) and insert more coins all the while the shower head pointing toward the coin machine spraying the floor that has no mat while trying to wrestle the shower curtain away from your legs. Of course you can't check how much time is left on your 5 minute shower because the only hook in the shower area is just above the coin machine where your towel covers the machine. Restrooms usually had clogged toilets, no toilet paper and no paper towels. The outside vent pipes for the bathrooms were only about shoulder high - is this even legal? There were so many seasonals that we did not feel welcome whatsoever. The playground (if you can even call it that) was pitiful. Extremely poor signage to even get to this campground. There is still much construction going on. Maybe the owner is doing it himself on weekends and is on the 5 year plan? There was a new office but it's not near being completed. Next to that there is a huge debris pile and an old barn. We won't be back. We certainly over paid for this trip. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
