This park has many permanent sites with people owning them, and keeping their RV's there or building a park model there, but there are also a number of people who rent out their very nice sites, or some that the park itself owns and rents out. This is why I said there are only 30 sites... there are actually many more, but most are privately owned. Phone hookup is available for longterm. Same for cable. Park is exceptionally popular during the February Bikeweek, and Raceweek. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The major thing wrong with this park is the noise. It's right next door to the lighted motocross track. You have to love bikes in order to want to stay here because you'll hear them from noon until night every day. The restrooms were very old and not very clean. Other than that the park looks average and the rate is good for this area if you can tolerate the noise. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
