I felt like I was staying in the median strip of Interstate 95; the noise from traffic was relentless and nonstop. Small pool was dirty during our entire stay. Rate reflects a weeks stay. We were happy to leave and would not return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The park was great for an overnight. It was easy access from I-95. The hookups were a little bit of a pain as the water was not set in the area you would expect. The sites were level. The pool was great and the bath houses were the best we had seen. The only "drawback" was the alcohol policy - we enjoy a cocktail when we get set up and the pool would have been great to enjoy it in. However, policy here is "no alcohol" in site. Because of this, I wouldn't stay here long term, but we survived for an overnight. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The rate paid is a weekly rate. This is a very nice RV park in Cocoa. Shopping and most restaurants are in Cocoa Beach about 10 miles away. Park is well managed, attractive. Laundry is excellent. 8 washers and 8 dryers: all work. $1.50 for wash & $.75 for dry. Laundry is very clean. Management very helpful. We stayed here while going to Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Orlando, and other attractions. Pool is clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. Verizon is excellent here. Lots of toll roads in area, so be prepared with change. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a really nice park. The owners are nice as well. Everything was super clean. The sites were good size on grass and a small pad. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We stayed four days visiting with family. The first three days we received the Passport America discount, but the fourth day we paid full price (the price reflected above). The owners were helpful and friendly. The grass and gravel site was level and roomy. Hookups were fine. Wi-Fi was the fastest in all the parks we’ve stayed in. The bathrooms and showers were large and clean and needed a code to enter. The laundry room was clean with eight washer and dryers. The only problem was some traffic noise. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would return the next time we’re in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Access easy from I-95. Friendly reception to this well maintained clean park. Sites are grass and ours reasonably level. All services worked well including the Wi-Fi which had good speed. Traffic noise from I-95 made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. If not for the noise factor this would be a 10 rated park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Right off I-95 with some road noise. Open, shadeless park. Sites are big. Facilities are extremely clean and well kept. Pool is cool and relaxing. Laundry room is immaculate. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nice quiet place to sit back and relax. We will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park is backed up to I-95. Lots of road noise all the time. It is an older park, with large sites. The staff is very nice. It is well kept and neat outside. People keep to themselves and there are no social amenities. There are no trails or places to walk here, though there is a small unfenced grassy area that is used as a dog potty. Our main problem was the Wi-Fi, or lack of it. Before I booked a site I specifically asked them if they had Wi-Fi, and if it worked, as we need it for our jobs. The said yes. That is not true. They use Wi-Fi RV, a service that costs the user $4.95 for 24 hrs. It was TOTALLY inadequate and continually dropped us. There were 2 listed connections, but only one worked. It was so frustrating we contemplated leaving but with the high season in Florida and it being late in the day, we didn't want to deal with the hassle. I will not go back to this park, or use Wi-Fi RV!!!! We camped here in a Motorhome.
Excellent location to Cocoa marina where we were meeting family traveling by boat. Office personnel excellent attitude. We stay here once every year. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We loved this RV park great hosts and very peaceful, clean, great location, close to town, and miles from the beach right off I-95 also not far from Orlando. We would go there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We stayed for 3 nights then stored the rv for a week while we went on a cruise; very personable and friendly owner brought us to & picked us up from the cruise terminal. Wide, grassy sites with a picnic table on cement pad. Very clean bathroom/showers. There were fire ants, we just avoided the mounds. Several long term quiet residents; with some road noise from I-95. It is a good location for touring the area. We would definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
It was advertised with concrete pads. In fact the park had concrete patios, not pads. The sites were grassy and very hard to place yourself on. The sewer hookups were covered with grass. Fire ants were everywhere with very large mounds. Brought this to the attention of the host, she stated that "she thought maybe they had something for fire ants around." Nothing was ever done about the ants. The water connection at our site did not work, had to hook up one site over. Again, brought it to the attention of the host, she didn't make a note or anything of the site number. We were there from Thursday to Sunday, and the water connection was never addressed. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park has recently been taken over by new management. They are very nice people and are fixing up some things that needed attention in the park. Namely the Wi-Fi, which was always unreliable. Otherwise it's the same park as before. We are here in the off-season and the park is very quiet. The pool is clean but cold: I don't think the heater is turned on. The only other small complaint is the noise from I-95 which is about 1/8 mile away. It is tolerable. This park is jam-packed from January through March with many returning campers. We like this park and will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Would have gave a higher rating but the lady manager has a very negative attitude. She really acted like she hated dealing with the public anytime we saw her. The park is a very nice 55+ park with wide sites with the water and electric hookups behind the RV. All sites are back in. The pool was very nice as was the rec hall. But it is over priced for location, next to I-95. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice campground. Not much shade but nice size sites, ours was 36x60 mostly all back-in. Not much privacy between sites. Each site comes with concrete pad, picnic table and a light with the site number. Very quite and tranquil park. Not much for children to do, but there is a pool. Restrooms were clean and only 2 showers in the ladies room. Nice folks camping here too. Big rigs! If you have children bring games and DVDs for the TV as they have no cable at this park. We took our eleven year old fishing at Cocoa Beach which is approximately 12-15 miles from this campground. We had a very enjoyable family weekend. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Very spacious grassy sites with good blacktop interior roads. Nice rec room and immaculate rest rooms. Well run by very accommodating managers. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very clean RV Park. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Rules are in place to maintain
the park and it shows. The sites are very large and many are adjacent to pet walk and exercise areas. We found it to be very nice. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is very clean and neat and in good repair. The bathrooms are always immaculate
and the pool sparkling clean. The staff are strict about following the park rules, but this insures that everyone has a good stay. We have enjoyed staying here over the past two years. We have stayed in other parks in the area and this is by far the best! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

My husband and I have been spending our winters for several years at Forest Village
Campground in Cocoa, Florida and have positive reviews to offer anyone looking for an extremely well run RV camp. We found the facilities absolutely immaculate and the manager and her staff most accommodating. We are lifetime members of the Good Sam Club and have owned RV's for over 25 years. We do live in one beautiful country, but we have found Forest Village Campground to be the best for us when staying for a lengthy period, even though they are not members of the Good Sam Club. The central location is near Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center, close to Disney World and Daytona Beach, next to Christmas and mid way to the Keys. We are at a time in our lives when we want to be able to set up our RV and enjoy our time away from home. Forest Village is our number one choice. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a relatively new park. We had planned and reserved a site for the upcoming fall & winter. We recently received in the mail a letter from the campground manager with info such as site #, mailing address, an other pertinent information. At the end of the letter, it stated that washing of vehicles was prohibited. As we were traveling over 1500 miles to get here, my husband asked if he could wash our new 2002 5th-wheel just one time on arrival. She said we couldn't because the local water district had a "water restriction against washing vehicles" because of drought conditions in that area. (On a previous call, her husband said they might let us do a "one time only" washing of our unit.) In talking to her, she was very assertive and insisted that the water district was inforcing a strict "water restriction." She went on to say that they had seen trucks driving through the park checking on them. We have friends that live in the same area whom we called and they said they didn't believe it. They live in a community park 4 miles away and they had no water restriction at their park. We also called another campground in the same area and was told they do allow RV washing in their park. At this point, my husband decided to called the Cocoa Water District. The lady he spoke with said there was no restriction on washing RV's. The only restriction was that you use an automatic shut-off nozzle on your hose. My husband called Forest Village RV to say that per his conversation with the water district, they didn't have any restrictions prohibiting the washing of cars or RV's. He left a message on their voice mail. We received a call back. The message began by saying that due to my husband circumventing her and going to the water utilities, she and the owners had decided that they would no longer accept us at Forest Village RV Park. Our application for a site in their park was declined! At this point, my husband picked up the phone and asked her what her problem really was. He had only asked if he could wash the new trailer just one time upon arrival at the park. And only the trailer, not the truck. That could very easily go to a car wash. It's a little more difficult to take a 36' 5th wheel to a car wash. She continued to say that it was the owner's decision: not hers! My husband said, "Well, why didn't you say that in the 1st place, that is all I wanted to know." Well, she said we are not welcomed as guests in the park: ever! We have been staying near that campground for 3 years. We know that other parks in the area allow washing of RV's and vehicles. Many of them require that you keep your RV and vehicles reasonably cleaned. We are totally appalled that this all happened over a $.50 car wash. If she had just said.. "Sorry, we aren't allowing this" or better yet: "We will accommodate you and let you do a one time wash of the RV." That is all we asked. We were paying nearly $2,000.00 to stay here on a site. Paying our own electric bill also. We do not dislike the park itself: it is clean, neat and has nice sites. I just wish that campground owners/managers would realize that we are not just your guests! We are paying customers. You are here for us: not the reverse! We give the campground a definite 8. The manager: definite improvement is needed!! We camped here in a camper.
