Passport America rate. My wife would give this place a 10, and some sections are. We were in Regal Ridge which is an older section. While very nice, I feel that this part of the complex is on the downside. Per other reviews, the Tiki Bar is fun and people very nice. Golf course was ok, it is an executive course with slow greens. We would come back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a huge complex with many park models and RV ports. We stayed in the newer section with a view of the 9th hole of the golf course. Restaurant on site for lunch and dinner was OK, and tons of stores and chain restaurants in short driving distance. Clean pools and jacuzzi, lots of activities, and nice people. Not much privacy between sites in vRegal Point (Class A Only), the section where we stayed, pehaps because the sites are new. Wide paved streets and wide paved sites. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice campground with large level paved pads. It is not, however, a campground that is designed for overnight stays. The interior roads are fairly narrow and the sites are a little difficult to get in. For longer stays it is very good. There are several pools and clubhouses along with an executive golf course that is in very good shape. The park has a lot of park models and RV ports and is kept very clean. The downside for renters is that there is only wifi in the clubhouses. Additionally, it isn't really dog-friendly (not a lot of walking areas) but there are still a lot of pets in the campground. We would stay here again but only for a week or more. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our second visit to this park. In 2008 and 2009 we took advantage of the KOA "stay one night free" special in May. My husband and I stayed in a travel trailer and our son and his wife stayed in a tent. We did not have an experience either of the other reviewers had. The staff was friendly and we saw someone around the campground even late at night. We had a site with trees and our son in the tent also had a treed area. This is Florida, so get a grip with the ants. By the way, there were none at either site. There were no dogs and cats "unleashed" and the campers were friendly. There is lots to do and close to Disney with a free shuttle. The only disadvantage was there there was only one plug so we could only plug in the trailer and not our van. There is a new owner and managment, so that may be why there were so many changes. We would stay here again. Our family camped both in a trailer and a tent. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Campground was clean and the staff friendly, although we saw staff rarely except in the office. No trash service, you dump your bagged trash into the dumpster. We have been in many KOA campgrounds and always noted the rule was that pets should be leashed. At this campground that applies only to visitors while staff and seasonal or full time residents allowed cats and dogs to roam. The standard should be the same for all. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This has to be one of our families' worst camping experience in many years, actually in any years. I dont even know where to start with to talk about. There is no shade what so ever, the sites are covered with ant filled sand with limited grass that was never cut when we visited. The pool was somewhat nice and clean, but the deck, chairs, and things like that were never cleaned and dead bugs and such were all over the place. The employees were not nice at all either. They just got things done, gave us our site and never greeted us or anything like that. Also, towards the front of the park there are a few park trailers that are rundown and rusted out with cats roaming around. Infact there was a black cat that came to our trailer door in mornings meowing. We ended up actually feeding it and petting it all the time, but still. Also, in the back of the campground you look right onto a sewer treatment plant. Although if you camp out front you cannot see it nor smell it. Also, if you bring your bikes, you have to stay on one side of park, unless you feel like going up this hill each time you cross to one side. Yes a hill in Florida park. Just please go to a better park and dont make this mistake. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is not a family type campground as there is very little for kids to do here. It is an adult style RV park with very roomy sites. They have 20 asphalt pull throughs with concrete slabs including picnic tables and grassy borders. Bathrooms are older, but clean, and there is one male and one female coin operated shower that doesn't seem to be very busy. This facility is gated and very quiet. There is an activity center where you can watch TV, borrow books and VCR movies to watch or just visit with friends. Laundry facilities, and shuffleboard area. Wi-Fi reception is better the closer you are to the office. Grounds are well kept and this RV park is quite reasonably priced and good value. We have stayed here twice on our trip and would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Easy access from freeway. Large park. Friendly staff. Rate reflects PPA price. While they advertise WIFI, it is problematic unless you are close to the office. Interior roads are very narrow. Sites are paved, and while previous posters complained that they are not level, that was not my experience. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is a good deal if you want to visit the Orlando theme parks. Wi-Fi is available for free in the recreation room which is really big. They have socials there regularly also. The sites are a bit soft and not really level. Shade isn't really possible. The park is located right next to a highway but it didn't really bother us. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Friendly staff. Many sites are not level front to back. Rate is based on monthly rate, for a grass site. Paved sites are more. Wi-Fi does not work at all sites. Nice pool, and rebuilding the hot tub now. Many things to do in area. Little shade. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Quiet. Well taken care of and a helpful staff. Paved and a clean pool area. The sites are narrow and this was a problem. There is no cable t/v but we had some antenna reception. It must be very busy in the winter because of all the permanent units. Well worth the passport america prices. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
