Actually this was our second visit to the park as we recently purchased a new motorhome. The park has recently been turned over from the developer to the residents, as the park is now resident owned. We were "renters" on these visits. The park is very nice, some shade, enclosed pool area...too cold in Feb. The park is about 9 miles north of Crystal River, which has an array of outdoor activities, hiking trails, kayaks, parks, etc. which we truly enjoy. The park itself is very near the Croo Florida Barge Canal and has a 9 mile trail which leads to the Gulf and is a great walk or bike ride. My only negative is the road noise from US 19, so if that is a concern check the site map upon booking. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We stayed here for a week. Excellent access to fishing and all of the Nature Coast. Wonderful, quiet, clean. Owners were very kind and friendly as this was our first experience in our new 5th wheel. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
