This park is now available to retired military, so we decided to try it out for 3 nights. There are sites along the river with a very nice view, but we noticed an odor of stagnant water, so we went a bit farther down the road and parked out in the fields. They do not assign the spots, you drive around and pick your own. There is a large grassy field with hook ups in different areas. We just happened to get one with 50 amps, the ones along the river are 30 amp, and the charge is $20 for the view. We had a nice view from our site and no odor, for $15. There were only about 40 campers here all spread out in a very large area. It was very quiet and we saw 30 manatees around the boat docks. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
