In December we made reservations for the month of March. However, at the end of February a medical emergency made it necessary to cancel without the needed 45 days to qualify for a refund of our deposit. After my doctor wrote a letter for me to forward to Lee's, I was graciously and promptly sent a check for my 80% refund. Hopefully we'll be able to visit Lee's next winter. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our stay at Lee's was very pleasant, campground is quiet, and very clean. The Host & Hostess were very helpful and friendly. We will be staying at Lee's again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed there two months. When we called to make reservation we were told the campground was NOT a 55 year or older campground. We were then asked our ages and since we weren't 55 or older we were told we might be happier in a "younger" campground! We decided to make reservation anyway after being told this because the campground had all of the amenities that we were looking for and we hoped that all the hosties weren't as rude as the lady on the phone. Boy were we wrong! While we were there we talked to several couples that were younger than 55 and they told us they were also treated very unwelcome and they were planning on moving on very soon and would never stay there again. If you aren't the "right" age group and are not good friends with any of the hosties you will be put on the last road of the campground. The wireless internet is awlful there. We didn't try to use any of the other amenities except what was on our site for all of the ugly looks we received when we did walked around in the park. The Canadian hosties are the rudies of all of the hosties there. The lady has a very smart mouth! We will never go back and wouldn't have stayed as long as we did but had a short term job in Clearwater. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Sites are small, buildings are old & in need of replacing (not repair). Security is non-existent, with no weekend office hours. Pot holes can swallow an RV. More damage was done inside my RV driving in the park than in 6000 miles to South Dakota & back! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was one of the worst sites we have ever been in. We were here one night and would never return. The road to the site that we were given was so close to the perimeter fence that we had trouble backing in. The staff didn't really care if we were there or not. The neighbor had his extra water hose hooked up to ours and he was no where in sight so we had to disconnect it. The city road that the campground is on is very busy and noisy. The price reflects the Passport America discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Older park, yet clean. Cable is available through the cable company to seasonal campers. Construction outside of park, yet easy in and easy out. We paid $99 for 7 days, plus a $3 resort fee per day. Total of $120 for the week. Would stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This Encore (C2C) park is mostly full of park models and older permanent trailers but appears clean and well maintained. The park staff is very friendly and I found the residents to also be friendly. The sites have their hookups all the way in the back and my water hose barely reached. Spacing is OK and you park on grass/sand which was also OK even though it rained every day we were here since the sand was very compact and didn't stick to your shoes. Cable is only available for stays over 30 days and WiFi Internet costs. Big rig is limited to 40'. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice place with lots of shade trees and foliage. Owner/manager very nice and friendly and lives next door. Laundry is $1.00 wash, .75 dry. It's a quiet park and most neighbors live year round and are very friendly. I made many friends while here with whom I will stay in touch. Age limit is 55 and older. Park is close to shopping and hospitals and there's a bus stop right in front. The Pinellas Trail is within two blocks and is a fantastic walking/bicycling trail running for 15 miles north and south of the Park. Park is a short drive or bus ride to the beaches.
