The first site they gave us (119) had tree branches just 8ft off the ground - we are 13ft. They sent a guy to trim them but he couldnt manage it, so they found us another site which was good - especially as they said they were full. The wifi was good ($) but the traffic noice was a little loud. There are a few restaurants across the street (but we wouldnt recommend Bernedettos) We got a weekly rate here and would probably go back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Needed to stay on year basis only to find 4 managers in 9 months time each one messing up the total bill which is still being worked out. Three managers ill-tempered and could not run computer adequately enough for reservations. Much complaining and people refusing to ever book there again. I will never book again in any Encore, as I had called several from Punta Gorda to north of state to find there is no standard policies, just whims. Rules change daily back and forth. NEVER AGAIN! We camped here in a Motorhome.
