This rate is Passport America. Apparently this is a new owner for a year and we can see there have been improvements. Owner is very accommodating. The hook ups are new and great. The washroom and showers are disgusting and should be torn down. Big bump turning into grounds and bumpy rough hill. Garbage bin is parked in front and tractors are parked in front too. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
