The WORST park we have ever been in! We booked for a week during the Tampa RV show week. Upon check-in we were assigned a site and given a map marking the route we were to take to the site. We had to unhook our tow and drive to the site separately. The road was extremely narrow with permanents and their yard art right to the edge of the road. Due to this and a large tree right at the corner where we needed to turn, 3 of our bin doors were damaged by the tree. When we were finally able to maneuver the rig into the site, we found out that there were numerous other routes that would not have been a problem. Management's only response was that we didn't know how to drive. Horrible, junky dilapidated place! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is the WORST campground I have ever stayed in. It's a Coast-Coast Good Neighbor Park. It should be called a mobile home park, not an RV resort. Never in all my years of camping have I been afraid to leave anything outside for fear it would be stolen. Most of the residents of this park appear to have been recently paroled. We paid for 2 nights but left after 1 as we were that uncomfortable. They have no 30 amp hookups, all 50 amp so bring your adapter. Better yet, go somewhere else. You'll be glad you did. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This place was OK for a few nights. A rather old park with a mostly permanent clientèle. Friendly staff and relatively easy access to Tampa and I-75. While they offer free WiFi, it's only easily accessible in or very near the office. Certain areas of the park are rather shaded and can be gloomy in the winter time. I'd stay here again, but it's hardly a destination resort. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Over 55 campground. We stayed at the Enjoy America rate. Beautiful shady sites. Most sites have permanent trailers. Paved access roads. Sites are grass with a cement patio. Access to the river. Sites are of adequate size. A nice quiet campground. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
