For a small park in the boondocks we were very pleasantly surprised. The RV park is actually a very large grass front yard to the owners house. Along one side of the yard (really a field) is a row of 12 RV spots. Some have trees, others do not. Some have concrete pads, others do not. The Passport America rate makes this park a real value. We would stay here again. But don't be looking for the clubhouse, pool, or Jacuzzi. :) We camped here in a Motorhome.
