Gated community. We love rustic parks but this was a little too rustic for us. The main road is red clay and gravel. It was raining lightly when we arrived and the RV lost traction going up the hill on the drive into the camping area. It rained heavily during the night so next day leaving our rear-end diesel pusher lost traction again going up the hill. The shower/bathrooms were very toasty and could use a good sweeping but otherwise ok. Friendly service by older gentleman checking us in. We only used water and electric. Did use pumping station for b/w. Great place for locals, a little off the beaten path for the overnight traveler with a big rig. Will not be returning. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is in a gated community. The turn in is a little tight, but can be done. It has a dirt road leading into the campground, but it is very well maintain. The sites are gravel with lots of trees. There are a lot of permanent campsites, but they are mostly at the back of the property. All in all this is a nice campground if you just need a place to stay for a few days. We camped here in a Motorhome.
