This campground is very "Family" friendly. They encourage you to bring your Non-camping family and friends in to spend quality time together. The owners and other campers are very friendly. It's quiet and cozy. My teenage son enjoyed riding on the golf cart trails and swimming in the pond. We did not see too many other kids, mostly older people. We will definitely go back and invite our other camping friends. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Way too far off the beaten track for an overnight, which we did and no reason to make this a destination stop. The lake is just a mosquito hole and it is very close to a busy train track. It is too bad, the owners are super nice, it is just the property that is so sorry. Almost all the sites are used by what appear to be long term residents. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving. We camped here in a Motorhome.
