There are a few site with full hook-ups but not many. There is no swimming pool, but there is a beach front for swimming. Plenty of kids riding bikes and adults driving modified golf carts. Very family friendly. The weekend we were there they had activities planned for the whole family almost all day. Very roomy sites. We will go back! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This is a actually a county owned parked not a state park. While the park area is fairly well maintained I cannot say the same for the campground. Most of the sites are unlevel, overgrown, and the sewer/water connections are poorly maintained. The shower houses are somewhat outdated and while cleaned every morning they were extremley dirty by the end of the day. There has been a new shower house built in the permanet camping area that seemed to be nicer than the two in the main campground. While this used to be one of our favorite campgrounds given its present condition we will not be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We stay there often. Nice state park. Beware that hookups may be far away from your site, need 50 ft or more of extension cord for some. Some level, so not so level sites. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We were on a caravan of big rigs when we stayed at this park. Roads were paved. Some sites were gravel, some grass. There were both level & unlevel sites. It is a nicely maintained park. We would stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
