This is a wonderful campground that is now under new management. The atmosphere is very friendly and fun for all. I have been going here for 10 years and it has improved greatly! There are activities for adults and kids at least once a month if not more. Everyone there is very friendly like family. The restrooms are clean and the office is nice for the kids if it starts to rain. They have a TV in the office and several games for the kids to play. I would recommend this site to anyone and have recommended to friends and family and once you come you will continue to come year after year! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We tent camped here over the Fourth of July week, and will return this year. Every year, we have camped at different campsites around Indiana, and this is the first that I would return to during a holiday. There was a wonderful playground for the smaller kids. Thrasher's Woods held a dance for the teenagers. They also have a wonderful stocked pond for the kids of all ages. Do not worry if you forgot to bring live bait, for Thrasher's woods sells night crawlers! The staff was very helpful, and very respectful. There was a little bit of noise at night, but the staff worked well to limit it to an acceptable murmur. The bathrooms could have used a little more upkeep, and the pool got overcrowded during the hottest parts of the day. Please keep in mind that this was over a long holiday week. I am very much looking forward to camping there this Fourth of July, and during non-holiday weeks this summer. We camped here in a Tent.

After trying to get into two sites, we dry camped in a field. Mostly seasonal sites but the park was such a mess could not even tell where the sites were. Lots of smoke from fires and noise all night long, including air horns at 2 a.m. Interior access roads are extremely tight and sites are not level. The pool and mini-golf are nice and there is a fishing pond and playground. Office/rec room is old and shabby. No Wifi or TV. Would not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
