The park is what the name implies, full of big, really big, oak trees. It is a very nice older park with very long gravel sites scattered among the big trees. Most are nearly level with one or two small shims to do the job. Owner/manager is very accomodating. Will stay again when passing through the area as it is only 4 miles off the interstate. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Many seasonals in an open area with shade trees. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The bath rooms were a bit rough but generally clean. My daughter complained of an old razor left in one shower stall but my wife did not notice anything like that. Bathrooms were not up the level we have seen at many private parks but nicer than most state parks I have stayed at. Will stay there again when in the area as it is convenient and has a nice friendly atmoshpere. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
