This is a great stopover park; nice people and clean. It is a Passport America park. There is a city park right next door that is cheaper but does not have full hookups. We would be happy to stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park with quite a few seasonals. There's a small lake and golf course next door. We pulled in late so we could not check out the amenities. Free WiFi. Groceries and a few restaurants in Oelwein, just five minutes up the road. Verizon cell phone on Extended Network. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Our price was the Passport America price. This is a lovely, quiet place on a lake with a small beach area. They do have a mini-golf area and a playground. It was a bit of a challenge to get here - it isn't off a main highway that we know of but it was a nice ride through miles of cornfields and certainly worth the travel. It seems to be about half seasonal sites but they are very neat and tidy. The office staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. We would most definitely return here. We camped here in a Motorhome.
