Campground is adjacent to Hwy 183 and is an extension of the Motel. Campground is fairly level and is clean. You have access to the Motel pool. We would stay here again if passing through. It is a good over night park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I don't know what is going on here with this city park. Budget cut-backs must really be affecting the city of Phillipsburg. The electrical power wasn't working at most of the sites; some of the supply poles were knocked over. The bathrooms were padlocked shut. The water did flow from the few pipes left standing. Camp spots were difficult to identify. And they expected you to pay $10 for all of this. Three campers stayed and none paid and no one came by to collect. A very sorry city park camp. We camped here in a Motorhome.
