This campground is part of the marina operations at Grider Hill dock on Lake Cumberland. The campground is well shaded by mature trees and most sites are paved. During our stay the staff was very accommodating and drove us around in a golf cart to see all of the sites prior to driving in. Take note that some portions of the campground have narrow roads with encroaching trees as well as a few dead ends so it would be a good idea to take a tour without a camper hitched. The marina was not within reasonable walking distance but was a quick 1/2 mile drive. This is a large full service marina and provided a great place for us to slip the boat. The marina restaurant serves up a good meal with a view of the water. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
