This is a county park about 10 miles from town with good roads all the way, a popular fishing spot. There's an on-site manager, many seasonals, but most sites are well kept. They have a 1.5 mile walking trail, which we did not try. There are also a few cabins. Dump stations and bath houses are convenient and the campground was quiet when we were there. We were able to get a Verizon signal, but could not get a Dish signal on our site due to tall pine trees, but others had dishes set up that evidently worked. The sites are grass and gravel. This campground is not fancy, but very adequate and pleasant if you are visiting the area, the only one we could find. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
