This is a typical Louisiana bayou campground. It can be quite muddy when it rains and you can get your rig stuck, but there is a Cajun with a 4 wheel drive that would be willing to help haul you out. There is a menagerie of animals that run loose, so far I've seen goats, sheep, turkeys, chickens, peacocks and geese run through our site. Be warned, they have live music until 1 in the morning at the bar on site and it can be noisy, but so far it's only been on Saturday night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
