Not a full service type place but a really wonderful tiny town campground next to a gorgeous little park on a small lake made from a nearby dam on the Little Saskatchewan River. Pay at city hall where the lady is wonderfully friendly and fill up with water there. If no one is around drop an envelope in the slot. Beautiful treed back in lots but you could drive through as we had the place to ourselves. The turn about is not for long vehicles. The campground is right next to a lovely little children's park and small sand beach. Perfect for a one night stop. Washrooms were clean and neat with lots of hot water. Be sure to walk down to the dam and see the fish ladder. We canoed up river into the upper marshes and saw lots of birds and wildlife including owls and beavers. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
