Very friendly and accommodating staff with Dairy Queen goodies on site. Fairly well stocked store in the summer. Also has 2 camping cabins available. Only complaint is that the 30A breaker kept tripping at 20A. We didn't get a chance to tell the owner before we left, but I am sure he would replace it with a new one since the park seems to be very well maintained. Easy off and on I-75 without I-75 noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.
What a delightful campground, - park like grassy setting with lots of trees, located well back from the highway, only a few miles from I-75. The sites are spacious and level, - no gravel pads. Washrooms were immaculately clean with pictures and nicknacks on the walls that added to the warm friendly atmosphere of the campground. A few of the sites would accommodate large rigs but the owners seem to cater to those with more modest vehicles. For example, the electrical service is 20 amp only. There are short wooded trails on the campground property as well as trails that enter the adjacent state forest land. We stayed here overnight but we would gladly make it our base if we were going to spend several days in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
