The campground is one of the cleanest we have seen in the area, with paved roadways and pads. Whoever designed the park must have never driven an RV. The sites were at a 90 degree angle to the roadway making entry either into the pull-through or the back-ins nearly impossible. The roadways were narrow and we were unable to back up our fifth wheel into the first site we were assigned because of vehicles parked on the adjacent sites. We took another site that allowed us to use the roadway better for angling our entry. The services worked well, 50 amp, water, sewer, and cable. There is a free shuttle to a nearby casino. As previous reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms are spectacular. Showers are roomy, clean, and updated. After the initial difficulties getting into our site, it was a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We were lucky on the rate not so much on the cards and one arm bandits. The site was $45 per night, but all veterans were FREE!!! for the weekend. All sites are concrete pads in this 2 year old park that has boat rentals and kayaks rentals on site. Soaring Eagle has free parking in their parking lot across the street from the casino, but this is better for my family. We spoil our selves with restrooms, full hook ups, and A/C when needed. You will enjoy the quite compared to the parking lot. Bus pick up every half hour to visit or deposit your money. I'm not thrilled on the restaurant's at the casino, but they are convenient. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a new park in the Mt. Pleasant area and quite lovely. The sites are good sized and many back into a wooded area or up to a lake. Each site has a cement pad, large picnic table, firepit, and grill. Trash bins are readily available and there are attractive lights in the area so you can find your way at night. The wi-fi is excellent with enough routers to allow you to work on your computer inside your rig. The showers are fabulous. Very clean and private. We didn't take advantage of all the amenities as we were busy visiting friends, but there was plenty to do for families. We were here for four nights and will definitely stay here again! We camped here in a Motorhome.
