There are no trails, but walking through the campground was pleasant enough. If you want to swim, you have to drive down the road to the lake. There is a small place to fish within the campground. This particular weekend the DNR was around often and the State Police even drove through a few times as well. They ran out of firewood on a Saturday night, we had to go to the gas station down the road to get some, which was okay because the bundles were bigger and dryer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very disappointed. If you want to be near the bathrooms, you will most likely be in full sun! NO RANGER PRESENCE from Thursday until Sat a.m. No rangers overnight. Friday night party group drinking, yelling, cursing and running around campgrounds until 4 a.m.! Another camper had large puppy unleashed all evening and night - while he was with the party people. Then spent 4 a.m. until 5 a.m. whistling and hollering all around the campground for dog! No hiking trails. Most likely will not return. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Very few ameneties. Good place to spend a few quiet nights or if you like to fish inland lakes. Hilly and treed mostly grassy lots. Some sunny, some shady. Worth the money. That's about all I can say. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
