This park is hard to rate as it is still under development as a true RV resort. A community center and pool are under construction. This is an Owner type park, but many sites are available for rent. The park currently has 22 sites, all sites fully paved (concrete) including patios. Grounds are very nicely landscaped and maintained, and all interior roads are also fully paved. There is a railroad track to the west of the park, but we only heard two trains during our 3 day stay and both were during the daytime so not an issue. Park accepts cash or check only. The park does include wi-fi. Though cable TV is not yet available there are many stations available off the air. Good Verizon and AT&T cell service are also available. This is by far the best RV park in the area outside of Traverse City, though it is at least 30 miles away. Kalkaska is only about 8 miles straight north with good grocery and fuel stops. This was our first visit to this park, but it will certainly be our park of choice on future visits to this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
